The hotel

Our story
In the heart of the Clos-du-Doubs nature park, in the small medieval town of St-Ursanne, the Hôtel Demi-Lune welcomes you into a setting where nature, history and gastronomy weave together with quiet poetry.
Here, surrounded by deep forests, gentle cliffs and the calm waters of the Doubs, every moment becomes an enchanted pause. This remarkable natural setting inspires our cooking and sets the tone for a warm, intimate and charming experience.
Whether you are passing through or looking for a moment out of time, let yourself be carried along, and savour the moment fully.
Enjoy your meal.
Virginie Cortat, head chef
